Default Should I replace my belt

I recently had a rear pulley failure, where the inside "pressed on" ring separated from the pulley. I have ordered a new pulley, and it should be here in about ten days. The belt looks to be in good condition. Would you replace the belt???? The belt has 20k on it.

Here is my other post...

Thank you!!!!

If the belt has no damage or noticeable wear then you should be OK. If money isn't an issue, I would replace it for piece of mind and keep the existing belt for a road spare. Make sure that you look at the entire profile of the belt to make sure all the groves of the belt are rounded as they should be shaped.

Thanks Sharpie,

Ill double check it when I pull everything apart. Money is tight, recent divorce crushed me financially.... piece of mind goes a loooong way though. I'll have to count my pennies come payday, lol, truth.

20K... if it looks good dont sweat it. Throw on another pulley on and enjoy the ride. You might even find a deal on one here from someone whos changed their gearing
