Default Best Fairing For WG

Hey guys I am looking at getting a fairing for my 13 WG. I have 10" Tbars and want something to complement that. I have looked at the Rifle and a AN. I really want to know if there are more I should look at as well as how they work with breaking the airflow up on your chest and face. I have seen a lot of great bikes on here with many different ones. Any input would be great. I am also looking for ease of hardware I would like something detachable if possible.

I have the Memphis shades batwing fairing on my Superglide and it does a really nice job of cutting down the wind buffeting. Especially if you also get the wind deflectors and the lowers.

I have the HD quick disconnect on mine with the shorter (14" ??) windshield

Much better than the taller one where you don't know whether to look through it (which sucks) or look over it (better) without sitting like eating dinner at West Point.

But I live in Florida and haven't even put my windshield on this year.....

It literally takes a very few seconds and you can't see squat when it's off the Forks.

So if you're gonna have yours on a lot then you might want to consider looks as well as functionality.

Last time I had my windshield on I was haulin' *** up I-75 trying not to gt run over by Semis pulling 60' Trailers at 75MPH or low boys with 40 Ton generators on them.

Mine is functional -- Period. I don't use it often enough to worry about how it looks. Which would require more money and more trouble taking it off and putting it on.

I can pop mine off in ten seconds, slip it into a full-sized garbage bag and store until I need it again. In which case it takes me literally seconds to clamp on.

Don't tighten the through-nuts on that lexan more than finger tight. Not much more, any way.. It WILL spider-web on you.

Do NOT use anything to clean it but mild soap and water and just leave the Rain-X alone.

Good luck
