How did you do this? Is it powdered then polished or is that chromed? I like this a lot

Oh the picture looked like you had the spokes polished must be the flash. I think that would look good polished 13 spokes with black everything else

There are a lot of colors in PC, many even with some sparkle stuff in them. And there are different finishes, like the parts on our engines and tranny's and then there are the nice smooth finishes.
I had 5-slot wheels on an old Chevy PC'd in a mediumish blue with a hint of this sparkle in them (nothing gaudy mind you) and man, you'll never find an easier finish to clean and keep clean. And that's really handy on bikes when you don't have to get on your hands and knees with some little tooth brush!

I'd powder those things and never look back.

They were polished before the rebuild. It was just too much **** to keep up with.

I polished the machined part (on the front wheel) of my 13 spokes to an almost chrome-like shine. Very labor intensive, took the better part of a weekend (not looking forward to doing the rear wheel)!!
Considering epoxy painting or pc'ing them all black. Too much work to get them shined up and keep 'em that way!
There is a seller on fleabay that has an exchange program for mags, he either pc's them or chromes them, just another option.

I was reading about the plastidip stuff and the thread on it last night. They have this anthracite gray that looks good on car wheels. Haven't seen it on a bike yet but I'm thinking about going the plastidip route first because it's not permanent then if it looks good then can look for powdercoaters locally

You could also chrome 'em kp.. as another option.. there is an exchange on flea-bay that'll flop factory or unchromed wheels for chrome ones.. but powder coating might also work too.. esp. if you're chasing a specific color.. never considered plasti-dipping.. might set a trend there.. whatever you do post pics!
