I just looked at the HD website.....and is Harley friggin nuts? They are listing the specs for the '07's in metric! Gas mileage is no longer given as miles per gallon, it's in liters. Torque in nm....which I think is newton meters. WTF? Bore and stroke in cm...or was it milileters? I don't know and I don't want to know. Leave the metric specsfor overseas, this is the USA dammit.

I had adjusted my TFI way rich last summer for a few days, and dropped down into low 40mpg range, and was concerned.
What I can't figure (no complaint) why, no matter how easy or hard I ride (luggin/chuggin or running high speed in lower gears) still get 48-50 mpg on those long mountain rides.
And no, I don't spare the wrist.......
I did get close to 51 mpg on a trip last fall riding with a really conservative (wrist wise) friend........ He rides an RK with wife on back..... slowest ride of my life, but enjoyable.
