I went the same route as you with the wrinkle cover but I got mine engraved with a drawing my friend did. Had to replace the stock chrome one because it got a boo boo, you can still see it in my primary cover...

Going to resist adding my 2 cents.

It's super easy....make sure it's on a stand, or your buddy is sitting on it and keeping it vertical. I'm impatient so I just propped my kickstand up on a 2x4 and pretty much had the bike close to vertical, no spills. But I don't recommend that 2x4 method...I have no sense If it's a stock type Derby cover it should use the same Torx screws and rubber gasket that's on the bike. If it's custom it'll probably come with different screws and a different seal.

Definitely makes a difference. I felt the same way when I did mine.

Thanks for the help, Fatbob & Gorilla. I've been looking at some different options for my Switchback.

You'll need:
-A set of torx bits
-1/4" torque wrench
-A way of keeping the bike upright (I recommend a wheel chock/stand)
-New derby cover of your choice
-A new flat gasket to replace the stock o-ring one (HD part #25416-99C)
-About 15 minutes of your time

Piece of cake.
