My Dyna hauls 350 with no modifications at all and the shocks at mid range setting. Now that I'm thinking about it.......I'm going upstairs and tell the wife she needs to lose a few pounds.....yeah...sure I am........[sm=bangbang.gif]

The wife and I ride two up on stock shocks set at setting 3. We have no problems other than the badlander seat makes her butt get numb on long rides. You should be gold with the passenger pillion, they have alot more padding.

No problem two-up on the Bob
But we are only about 260 lbs together.
Nevertheless the OEM shockssometimes come to their end on a bumpy road.

Thanks everyone for the replies. Im feelin better about going with the Bob now. The plan I have in my head is to go with forwards, a Corbin Classic solo with touring pillon, Detatchable sideplates and then kuryakin makes this sissybar "Raptor" that is kind of cool looking. That way when my better half isnt riding with me I can take off the Pillon and sissybar and have the solo look which I really dig. Now if I can just find one in either olive/black two tone or Pewter I will be set. I have a dealer about a mile away from me that has one in Black denim that has forwards already installed but not my first color choice, and the only ones they have coming are black also so I may be shopping around some. Gotta get something soon though because it has been a couple of weeks and the weather is getting good andI need to ride...
You'll really like the corbin classic!.............. or totally hate it. I love mine, they seem very hard. Mine is very comfortable, and it is not unusual for me to do a 350-400 mile day ride through the mountains............. never wanna get off it.

As far as color is concerned............ I thought all real motorcycles were black (LOL).

Well I went and done did it. Got me a Bob in Olive/Black. Had em put on forwards, detatch docking hardware, stage one download and Hiflow airfilter. All I can say is man I love this bike! From the moment I pulled out of the parking lot I new I made the right choice. Love the mini apes, love the way the bike feels and handles, it just fits me. Really glad I didnt go with the softy. I swear this thing handles almost as good as my Sporty did. Now I just gotta get some slipons that wont slip off.

As for the Corbin, I had one on my Sporty and loved it. made a big difference over stock. So far the stock seat on my SB doesnt feel too bad, but I havent taken it for a long ride yet and Im sure like all stock Harley seats it will suck for anything but short rides.
