Hi,
The heavy breather the one thing on my bike and back and forwards with all the time, want it dont want it want it dont want it
I run the se stage 1 kit open and got caught in major rain for about an hr of riding, it got pretty wet, the bike still cruised well on the freeway but if gave it a heap of throttle it coughed and spluttered a bit
When got home took it off and there was bit of water around throttle body, took bike out next day to give good run, no worries
Thanks
Mirrmu

I don't think heavy rain will have an effect unless it's a REALLY long period of time. The oiled K&N filter is going to repel most of the rain... so unless your bike is part submarine...
I found an ad on ebay, they claim 10hp increase. I think that's laughable
One of the biggest advantages I've found is the extra clearance for my legs. I'm only 5'7" tall. With the stock football or S&S air cleaner, my right leg has to really bow around to reach the foot peg (I have forward controls). With the HB, my leg can sit behind it and it's a much more comfortable riding position.

In the early stages of modding my bike I had it dynoed once with the standard ham can ac. I upgraded to the heavy breather and had it touched tuned as the HD tech called it and it made exactly 3.7 additional hp and tq increase as well, but that number escapes me.
