Powder> paint

My bike ain't done yet, but I'm very happy with how the powder turned out. Previous harleys were gloss black paint with tons of chrome, got tired of that stuff. This is a satin black powder:

All powder, no paint. Olive green with a matte clear top coat.

I'll agree with what DonN said ... if it gets damaged, you need to repowder the whole piece. If it's a custom color, you'll probably have to get the whole set done again.

I just had a disagreement with a muddy ditch and put a very small ding in the tank. Downside - I have to get the fenders done as well so the color matches. Upside - I am getting the whole thing done by Joe & Co. at The Powder Pro.

Well that don't worry me none as powdering the tins costs less down here than having the tank touched up!!! Its so cheap I may go for summer and winter colours I love that green you used!

Same here. PC'ing the tins was cheaper than the trouble it took to pull the tank innards.
