Got them installed this weekend. Love the feel the bars provide. I installed polyurethane bushings at the same time. I'm 5'8" and the bars sit just at shoulder level or slightly above. These bars are worth every penny!
They look awesome. I've been on the fence for the last 2 years between 10" and 12"s. I'm5'2" and currently run the stock 07 mini apes pulled back so that rise of the bars matches the the rake of the forks this set up is good but i want something a little more narrow and aggressive so i can squeeze though city traffic. I can't seem to guesstimate a size that will not be too tall (don't want hands over shoulders) or too far way (don't want too lean forward) I also want to be able to reuse all my stock cables and wiring. any advice you can offer would be a big help
thanks

Peter Black- I used all the stock cables and wiring with no extensions for the 12's. I am 5'8" and the 12's are really comfortable for me, not leaning to far forward and just at my shoulders. Keep in mind that the taller the T Bars, the farther back they come toward you, the 10's will actually be farther forward. This is the reason I didn't go with 14's, as I didn't want them to come that far back. I like my arms about straight and the 12's are perfect for me. I don't have long arms or a long torso. The width on the MX Bars is right on for me also, feels narrower, but not shoulders pinched narrow. Hope that helps some!
Quick question, I have a 99 FXDX and just ordered some MX TBars as well. Was wondering what the best bushings to get would be? Also if anyone has a link for the grade 8 hardware.
