I've come to expect no less from most people here really. The lack of any actual knowledge when compared to those who just puke up what they've been told or read somewhere is ridiculous. With all the "Experts" in here and the EFI thread from a couple days ago, you would think that everyone on here worked for Dynojet and personally tunes bikes or something. And then you read some more and realize they're stupid.

To be fair though...you get what you pay for.

If you want a certified expert's help then take your bike to a workshop and pay for it. If you want a bunch of free advice with a bit of opinion thrown in then post on a forum.

You just have to learn to sort the wheat from the chaff.

I bought a 2013 street bob early this summer and never noticed decel pop until I installed slip-ons. I have since driven 2 brand new dynas home from the dealership for buddys and could hear decel pop on 100% stock bikes. They do it from the factory so I wouldn't be to worried about it. It annoys me though so once I get a tuner I will definitely try to get it tuned out.
