Better add an oil pressure gauge to that.
You might be surprised

I like the sound. I don't like that my bike idles fast either. Had no idea about the oil pressure.

Does anybody know what the minimum idle would be without losing oil pressure?

No issues et all until 750 RPM. Definitively not with the oil pressure. Below 750 RPM you will have issues with stalling the engine when the engine has not reached the needed temperature. The issue with the oil pressure becomes valid when you run your engine for hours and hours in idle mode. If the idle mode is just only when you start the engine and at red lights for example, you should not have any issues with oil pressure until 600 RPM.
