Here's some pics of the bracket mounted on the bike.

Thank you! That acutally show a lot! My reservoir is different from yours. It's big and round...GD ABS!

I'm not sure the new bracket is going to work now.

Dude.
You need a skilled welder. It looks like there is plenty of room to cut the new-style bracket and build an arch around the reservoir. I bet your friends at SDC can do it. Fairly standard hot-rod frame mod if it was steel. The specialty comes from the aluminum weld. (At least the existing welds are pooled like aluminum; it may be steel anyway.)

I guess the question is: is it worth the trouble and extra expense. You're going to get close to the price of the V&H/RSD pipe.

The irony is I chose this pipe was because I could not afford one of SPF's customs. Not sure if I can even return it not that I've PC'd the heat shields black either. I'm kinda committed to it now, like it or not.

I'm also wondering why my fluid reservoir is different. Why would it matter for ABS? It might be easier to replace that than have a custom bracket welded. I'm not too stressed out over it yet. There's still a possiblity the replacement bracket from Bassani will work. If it doesn't, "f" words will ensue.

Just found my own answer about the rear reservoir. #3 is the ABS FXDB for 2013. Google is great:

Ho ho ho...'tis the season for f-bombs.

Luckily the only f-words tonight were uttered after I dropped a micro-fiber cloth on the freshly run hot pipes. I'll clean that off later (I hope).

The good news is I got it to fit using some stainless steel bushings. This is just temporary until the new bracket arrives, but now I know it can be fitted even if the new one isn't perfect. It looks like I have the same amount of clearance as Irish883 from the reservoir.

I took it for a test run around the block...it's freakin' loud. I'll definitely be stuffing some more Moose packing in there soon.

Loud or not, the exhaust has a nice tone. Good for you on figuring out a solution. I hope the new bracket does not require use of the bushings.

I traded some more email with Kurt today. He said they were not aware of the ABS difference and would address it. My V&H tranny mount used black anodized bushings, so I don't see any issue with using them in this application.

The new bracket should arrive today, and he's having a new quiet baffle made for me no charge for all the hassle.

I'm moving any other updates on this to the Bassani RR Install Problem thread. I think it's more approriate.

Here is my update from today with pics.
