I am doing this swap on my '09 Fat Bob. I have already purchased the new fender and taillight. Does anyone have a list of the part numbers of the parts used to complete this swap? izzyryder, your assistance would be appreciated.

ok so.. this was a while ago.. i have to pull up some info. Right off the bat, do you have the tail light in hand? Or did you just order the light? If you ordered, which part number did you order.. there were different part numbers when i did mine.. one was for the entire piece with light and the other was just the frame but no light..and I had to return one.

You keep your stock strut covers, and stock taillights (but I'd change em).

The electrical hooked right up. The only thing is on the pre 14 fat bob the rear turn signals plug directly into the rear brake lamp, and the main harness supplies the turn signal power to the brake light itself. You will need to take the wires off the harness and connect them to the turn signal wires directly. Least that's what I ended up doing.

 

I found some dude on Instagram that swapped his fender out on his '14 Fat Bob for some custom fender. He ended up selling me his old setup for only $150 bucks. I couldn't pass up the amazing deal HAHA!

Anyways . . . He sent me the taillight, license plate/taillight bracket, wire harness that plugs directly into the taillight, strut covers, spacers, wire channel, and hardware.

 

Holy ****! Thanks for posting this, this is super helpful man. Looks like the only thing I'm missing is the Harness Assembly (6200424A).

I still need to send the fender in for new paint. Once I get it put together in the next few weeks I'll post up some finished pics to add to the thread.
