HD is replacing mine under warranty too. Problem is first one took 3 weeks and I am at 3 weeks and counting on the second one. The seal rebuild kit came in a week, but tubes were scratched and that's what is taking forever.

I was vague there. Since it only had 20 miles on it, I figured and so did the tech that it was fubar from the factory. I knew it was screwed up because it was leaking enough that the oil was running up to the lower brace when I was at highway speed. But not so bad that it emptied out. There was just always a film on the fork after I rode and I could see a "trickle" coming up the fork as I rode along.

Sorry about the scratched forks man. I have been wanting fork boots or covers just for that reason. Don't know that I like the look, but have seen several threads on here about them where the guys have done a good job blending them into the bike.

Not sure if that was for me, but 2011 with 10,000 on it now. Just rode it from SW Colorado to KC and back, that was worth about 1800 miles.
