[ul][*]#1: The SE A/C is just a backplate, filter and mounting hardware. You can use your stock cover, no cover, or about 1000 other covers if you like. One guy on here even used a lid from his wife's cookware. :-)[*]#2: That's what the download is. It remaps your EFI system to better accomodate the change in air/fuel mixture.[*]#3: Don't know the SE Fuel Kit. If you mean the SERT, it's just software that you connect to your bike via a cable. You can buy/borrow canned maps from others, tweak one yourself, or have it Dyno'd and let a pro do it. There is nothing to install. It's comparable to having the ability to make your own custom download.

The Screaming Eagle Race Fueler is just an enhancer. You plug it into you fuel injection harness. It then has several screws you turn to adjust the fuel flow during different RPM ranges. Kinda like tuning an ole carb. It is NOT the same thing as the Screaming Eagle Race Tuner, but will accomplish what you wish to do at a much lessor price.
