I have a 2012 fatbob. I've been debating this issue, too. The bike looks great without them. I bought a leather backpack that slides over sissy bar. That way I can go with or without. If someone has pictures of good looking bags, I would be interested.

I don't have any pics of these bags on a Fat Bob, but it basically has the same rear fender as this 2006 Wide glide. These are our LP3100 series bags that are detachable. You can check them out on our website.

Keep ridin'

I bought a set of used Cavalry fiberglass hard bags ... intended to rehab them and paint them as I can't afford $800 and wanted a good set of bolt-on hard bags. But, I just can't bring myself to put saddlebags on my bike.

For sale, cheap to anyone interested.

I don't have a fat bob but I am a big fan of Leatherpros. Especially if you are looking for detachable bags.

I had a set of those Cavalry bags installed on my FB for a few months (see my Avitar) The bags are good quality however I recommend if you are going to run those install them with Easy Brackets (they make them for other models also):

For $139 plus these bags you'll have a decent set of hard bags that are easy to remove.

I've been looking in to these hard bags with there quick detachable setup and best part no relocation of any parts and they don't have a mile gap between the rear fender and bag. http://tsukayu.com/HardbagsforFatbob.html

Those are interesting looking, however they might look better with a Wide Glide fender or dare I say perhaps the 2014 FB rear fender because the lines would blend better.
Having said this I would like to see more on the mounts and what keeps them from flexing like the Calvary mounts do.

I would really like to see some pics of these mounted on a forum members bike. The pics on there website are photoshopped. Seems like a good price. I would also like to know if they are compatible with the quick detatch sissy bar?
