Excess cable length going to shorter bars
Fellas,
I'm considering switching from 16" apes with a 32" width to 14" slingshot or regular T-Bars, which come with a 28" width. There's sufficient slack on the apes but will there be too much excess cable or will that not be an issue? I've never dealt with excess cables length so help me out! Thanks!

Im actually 2-3" over on my 14" Wild1 outlawz install a few months back. I went 8" over from the factory bars.. but I only needed 6". I figured 14-6 was 8 and yeah, in bar calcs its 1-2 less than what i got. It really wont do anything to hurt having excess slack. Havent had any issues and im only thinking about changing cables from crappy basic drag cables to some nice black steel woven Barnett cables.
