Default spoke Leaking

Need some advice , Just had a new rear tire installed. After 3 1/2 yrs ,
4 tires, I've got 1 spoke leaking. Should I just install a rim strip & tube ?
Thanks

I was told always to replace the rimstrips and tubes everytime you change the tire, cheap insurance

I believe he has tubeless rim that has rubber seal around inside of rim . if that's the case then yes id run a tube , rim strip will not be needed

only use a tube as a temporary fix,, look at fixing your rim properly.. tube tyres are a fatal thing on a motorcycle, they let go all off a sudden causing a crash , that's why tubeless were invented gradual defaltation no BIG BANG

Your running the "fatty spokes" right? I really don't know much about the fattys. But did you check the tightness ( torque ) of the spoke. Maybe there is a seal that can be replaced.

Since most tires are tubless anyway ( they just run with a tubes in them ), I don't think you get the same type of catastrophic failures that you used to see 20 years ago.
