I think I will just dig up the part number for the Slim signals, they do indeed appear to be gloss black. Either that or the Drag Specialties ones that Dennis Kirk sells

 

Thanks man Your bike looks killer! It looks like we have the same taste I paid $50 for the HD bracket and don't remember what I paid for the lights I bought, I had time at work to mod the setup and PC was like $35 so it was not cheap but I like it
I rewired it for run and turn and then found out that there is a run/turn/stop module with built in load resistors for the LEDs

 

Its kind of sad that H-D will offer chrome bolt cover kits for the smallest bolts on their bikes, but finding factory blacked out parts is a massive pain! They make rear fender strut covers in black... but I only have factory chrome housings to put back on? grrrrr
