the download kitis called the "Screaming Eagle Race Tuner". I am not able to locate a part number for it, but that is what I have on my 06 Low Rider. so they must be 2 different items.
I do not know anything about a "race fueler". hope this helps you out to some extent..

no, the race fueler and the race tuner are two different animals. the SERT I bought for my '06 WG is part # 32107-01E. The "E" signifies that it has maps up to the '06 model year. Bought a "F" for my '07 UC and it had maps for the '07 and earlier on it.

no. the race fueler plays with the fuel mixture. a race download re-adjusts the computer (ECU) not only adjusts theair/fuel mixture but can adjust thetiming, idle, and settings between the two cylinders.

don't think it is listed anywhere. the actual one depends on what you have installed, or not. such as SE IIs, AC etc. think the one-time download from the stealer is somewhere around $100-$150. I spent the extra $ and got a SERT which has various canned maps (downloads) for various years and various combinations of HD AC, pipes and cams. The SERT can be fine tuned, preferable if you have it dyno'd, but you can play around with the settings if you chose to experiment.

Since you have a 2006 bike get the SE air cleaner and the SERT 32107-01E like the fellow said before. It will have the necessary maps included for your configuration. It is what I have on my lowrider. If you punch that part number into Zanotti's website you can save a few $$ ordering it on-line. Mine was $357. Plus this will give you the option to have your bike dyno tuned and re-tuned as much as you like if you change exhaust without buying an additional race tuner. Mine is dyno tuned and really runs much better than the canned maps you get from HD. Shop for your parts because my dealer (Liberty HD in Akron Ohio) offers 20% discount to active military people and will ship to you anywhere. If you need more help PM me and I'll see what I can do.
