Cool thanks! Thinking of getting a tripper myself. Looking for somthing more comfortable than my stock solo..
Check the classifieds. I just put one up for sale. It's not the forward, so it puts you in the same position as the stock saddle, but a tad lower and way more comfortable.
Looks real good bro. Question about the Bad&G saddlebags. Are those the "hardbags". Did you get the option for 1 inch wider bags or for lowered bikes. Thinking of gettin a set, like the way those look the best out of any I have seen.

Yep, that's the hard bag (chestnut brown), standard size, but with 1.5" buckles instead of the regular 1".
Bike turned out great! I've seen nothing in that genre here in Chicago this year so nice to see something done up a little different!
Thanks...it's not that original, though. I stole a lot of ideas from the San Diego Customs guys and the Club Style Thread. The SDC (Chopper****ers/Death Squad) guys were the first non-black, paint to match, California-style bikes I saw. There were probably others, but I love their work and they're local boys.
Thought I'd add these here even though I said I was done posting pics of this project.
Another bonus of this fairing...I added a permanent mount for my Power Vision for less than $10 (not including the cost of the RAM mount which I already had - $14).
3 fender washers, a steel spacer, a flange bolt, and a lock-nut:
I ran the cable through the tank tunnel and up the tree. I figure I can just zip tie it somewhere when I run without the fairing.
Fantastic thread. Great bike Squid, loving it with the brown leather and it's great in black, cheers for all the breakdown info, definately going to look at getting the fairing.
Very cool ride buddy.
