HD Quarter Fairing Project

Paint is Done!
Good news came early today. I was in Riverside at Biltwell HQ trading in my El Fuerte for a Gringo when Norton's called and said the fairing was ready. So I lane split my way back to San Diego County as fast as I could.
[Gringo is awesome BTW]
These are the first few pics. I've still got to get the fork gaitors on, and I think I'm definitely going to go without the front fender. The color looks perfect in person, but appears a tad lighter in pictures. I'm very happy with it. The blackened plexiglass was a nice touch.

I got them on sale at lshd1.com for $22/each. The price is back up to $26 right now. The locking clamp cost me $35 with my military discount at the local dealer. You might find them cheaper online by running a search of the part numbers in the OP.
Kevin Norton did it by "lowering his standards" to match Harley's poor technique and using less glitter so that more black showed through. He showed me his other work where you can't see any black at all through the glitter because it's so dense. He wanted to repaint the entire bike, but that'll be for another day. I actually like how the black shows through in the sunlight.
Thanks JROCKER! And thanks again for pointing me Norton's way.
I'll get a few more pics up once I get the gaiters and fork brace on.

Thanks, Gant.
Got the gaiters on today. It was pretty easy once I got the front wheel off, which took 3 trips to Ace hardware for the right sized socket (15/16" BTW). I just smeared the inside with soapy water and slid them right up the forks. Fork brace goes on tomorrow morning, then a nice long road test.
