I have had it on since June, and it has about 2K miles on the fairing. Love it.

FYI, smoked shields can be had here but they're stock height:

It looks great.

Please provide pics of your mounting hardware that came with the replica and also the details on the eBay seller you used. I'm very, very intetested in finding an alternative to spending hundreds of $$ on the HD genuine fairing.

Are you able to remove the fairing completely and leave no mounting hardware retained on the bike?

Can you provide details on your fairing, is it HD or replica? Did you have to change any stock components on the LR-S to get the fairing to fit, and/or does anything rub against the fairing? I'm looking to install a quarter fairing on my LR-S as well.

It is genuine HD, mounted on HD quick release clamps, and Bung King brackets.

You don't really "change" any stock components, you remove the bikini faring and mount.

The rep fairings are all over eBay

This is the smoked fairing on eBay

https://www.ebay.com/itm/322231839229

This is the clear glass

https://www.ebay.com/itm/191938663071

Here are some pics of the mounts and fairing

These are the turn signal relocation 49mm brackets I got off eBay for $9

Pics on bike

On the bracket we're it attached to the 49mm mounts is were I bent them
Stock come in the shape of a V
And I needed to bend them in the shape of a L
I hope that makes sense

Great cost effective solution!

The only piece I'd like to change would be to have completely removable clamps. Do you know if the genuine Harley clamps will work directly with the bracket that comes with the replica fairing? I'm looking at the clamps the OP used, Harley part number 57192-05A
