Default calling all FXDWG owners my 03 front brakes won't stop bike

Upgrades ......some recent some not, including braided line, Lyndal Z-plus pads, and polished OE rotor. The rotor might have some warping. I just rebuilt the caliper which I'll test tonight. I couldn't find anything wrong with it during rebuild. The front brake has always been weak. Pad wear is even and extremely minimal. Brake lever is firm and consistent.Changed pads once in 50k miles. With all the upgrades the brakes remain the same for 50k miles. I just ordered nonpolished rotor and new pads to try. I do weigh 260 and the GF is 120 I usually ride two up with original front springs.

Any ideas guys?

Had a similar problem turned out to be the brake line. Had an obstruction so barely any fluid got to the caliper.

Doesn't polishing create a lot of heat (not to mention it's labor intense which translates to $$) that could warp the rotor? Plus, why would you spend money on a polished part that will ultimately get worn away with braking.

I never understood that.
