Default DK horn relo location

Got my coil relocation kit installled and went to install the horn on the down tubes, but I am not really liking the look of it. Just wondering if anyone has found another spot to mount the horn.

It looks a lot better if don't use that big *** chrome horn cover. I mounted mine up front without the cover. I like it.

I have the smaller horn that comes with the DK customs horn relocation kit. It doesn't look really bad but I would like to look for other options.

I put two horns behind the rear cylinder where the down tube is, horn is same size as stock, fit just fine. Those are Fiamm highway blaster hi/low tone.

Some guys mount it off the front tank bolt that goes thru the frame. Make sure you don't have a clearance issue.

I did it on one of my bikes but I had the cow horn cover painted.
HD use to sell covers with murals on them. I have not seen em in a while now.

I bolted my horn under the swing arm using one of the rear mounting bolts

You should be able to fit the small horn that comes with the relocation kit just about anywhere. I mounted mine where the instructions said to and its not even noticeable. The Blackline has its stock horn mounted in a similar spot.

With that said, if you are trying to relocate your stock horn between the downtubes, that would look downright stupid!

I mounted my stock horn to my kids Powerwheels.

So, I don't see anywhere on the down tubes to bolt this thing securely. Did something change with the later model Street Bobs (mine is '14)?
