I'm looking to put apes on my 2008 FXD. It's got mini apes now but I'm looking to go between 16 and 18". Anybody have any suggestions or do's/dont'a as far as brands for bars, cables and wiring? I was looking at 17" Santees but read a lot of questionable reviews and would rather have something made in the USA. But the santee bars width does go really well with the front end on the superglide. Decisions, decisions.
