got mine installed already. 15 minute job, remove old lens, unplug light, install gasket, plug BAL-1 in, tighten screws, program. great product and very bright. the license plate light is led and very bright also.

 

yeah its bright, but keep your fingers crossed that you dont need customer service any time soon as theirs leaves a lot to be desired..

for the $225 mine cost me i would have been better of going with a radiantz for 1/2 the price, same goes for anyone else that doesnt need 100 different light modes..

+1 on customer service, I contacted them about a light with a license plate window for my 07 wide glide. After 10 days of trying to get thru to them. the response on the phone was I could turn the light upside down? I told the guy that would not work as the base was mounted at an angle, as I have the bobbed fender, and he hung up on me. Boy if I'm gonna spend that kind of money for one of your tail lights you better be kissing my azz.

 

EXACTLY the kind of crap you deal with when contacting this company.. extremely rude people, they tell you one thing but then do something completely different...

AGAIN i say save your money as there are plenty of other options for a lot less
