QUOTE=Junkster;10814393]Better get a longer kickstand or carry a block with you. I have 13" RK shocks on my dyna and wouldn't want any longer ones. JMO[/QUOTE]
Didn't think of the kickstand. I have an opportunity to buy the 15.75" shocks with dual rate springs setup to my weight. May not work out for my bike.

may take a little time to get used to the way it sits but i know the bike handles great.
If you get your kickstand issue addressed so the bike does not lean over too much for your comfort, they make awesome performance set-up .
Might want to talk to Howard over at MM about the rake/trail advantages of a longer shock. I I have 13.5 om my fxdb and they are great , I have 13.75 Wilbers on my fxdx and those are REALLY great ...sometime I wish I would have gone a little longer on that one.

This is not my scoot I was merely trying to show how a the bike sits on 15" shocks. I will post pics of the other two bikes I mentioned in my post shortly. Those are mine.
I believe that is a modified metric swingarm but I am not sure about the length.

Hello from Redcar England.
The length of the fxdx shocck is ok but if the preload setting is up to high and the bike sinks to much when you sit on it, you have a problem with the springs. Look for a pair of shockers that offer you a spring weight choice. Example Hagon Nitro stainless steel shocks.
