My '96 Dyna Convertible Build (FXDS)
Found for $3,800 on Craigslist at a VW dealership. Rough shape, 44k miles, dirty and rusty. As I found her:

Nightster bars:
Painting lower fork legs and dropped in Racetech springs and gold valves:
Mocking up FabKevin brackets and Tokico GSXR-750 superbike brake calipers. Required a 2000 front wheel, axle, bearings, and new rotors.
Samson exhaust and front end done:

Nightster bars:

Electrical panel was found broken off- had to mig weld it back together. My first time using a welder.
Joker machine front turn signals:
Rear wheel and pulley bead blasted, new tire, new bearings:
JRI shocks from Howard at motorcycle metal.com vs. progressive 412
Midmounts installed
Biker's Choice brand 7 1/4" smooth fender:
Fender back from paint, badlands integrator, LED tails, side mount plate. Scored a nearly new front fender and gas tank with working gauge from a 2000 FXD off ebay.

Looks great! How'd you get the NIghtster headlight mounted up?
I know it seems petty, but the new FL law states that a side mounted license plate has to be read either left to right or top to bottom (yours is bottom to top) and that if it's mounted sideways you must have a Sunpass mounted to the bike. The fine? $1100!
