it took about 5 months for me to get it. it is made to order, but after talking with their CEO and finding that it was sitting on a table for a month without being shipped upset me.....

It's not a necessity, but most people raise it for better wind deflection. My Ness fairing sits even with the lower triple tree clamp when the light is stock so half of the fairing area is just blocking your gas tank, the other half takes some wind off your chest. If you raise it, it takes wind from your chest AND head/face and if you're short enough might even shoot it right over you.

I like the looks and ideas by unfortunately I have to agree. Conelys is fraught with issue upon issue. Unless you live close enough to go to his shop, it's frustrating as hell!!
A simple fix would be for them to ship things in a timely manner and Include INSTRUCTIONS for their products. I think the quality is good but the myriad of issues they have as a business is gonna kill the company in the long run. There are just too many other guys that knock out their product, ship them on time and include instructions. I wish Conelys was run like a business instead of like a couple dudes in a garage pulling all nighters while drinking beers.

I was one of thee first guys on the list for their fxdxt bags. It's been 9 months and I've never heard a peep from them. I did find out from one of their employees on the sly that they aren't too worried about guys like us. They keep pushing us off and trying to fill big orders for distributors n dealers.
