I have a 12 wide glide. I bought a set of 14" carlini evil apes. I was just wondering if you remember what the length of the cables you used where?

Not real sure if the Wide Glide and FXDC have the same length cables but I got mine from Magnumsheilding.com mine are Clutch 75 11/16" , Throttle and Idle 40 1/2", Brake 54"

Another thing to consider is Flying apes have 12" of pullback so this will effect the length needed. When I orderd my bars from Carlini I asked about cables as they offer them but they did not show the fxdc but they did say FXWG so they should know what you need.

I emailed him last night & he said it should ship today or tomorrow. I'm really looking forward to getting it on my bike!

Eagle Custom your seats looks great! Question are the saddle bags easy to remove and put back on?

The bike looks great. I gotta say, those Sick Saddles are truly sick. The guy does a spectacular job and his products are actually affordable. From what I read, they are comfortable too.

The saddle bags are not quick detach I was going to add them when money allowed but decided not to later as I always have somthing in them (smokes, bottle of water, glasses) and I always have my raingear, jacket, chaps with me just incase the weather changes.

I got off early today so I decided to take a ride to see how I liked the Forwards, Seat and bars and all I can say is wow what a difference I only did about 50 miles but it was nice not having to move my feet to use the back brake and using my toe to shift instead of my heal.

My hands did not get numb like they did with stock bars.

The seat was great it is soft but still gives good support and was very comfortable
