I got an emaill from Sam last night (as soon as he recieved my email) and he is going to work the situation today. I hope it is something as easy as a spacer but we will see.

From everything that I have seen with them he will make it right ASAP.
They take alot of pride in thier REP.

Well, Ride Wright sent the spacers and the shop was able to get the wheel mounted. They said it was offset a bit but there was no rubbing anywhere and rides good.

However, they called me and told me that someone backed a trailer into my bike and knocked her over in the parking lot...causing considerable damage.

Man, I keep clicking on this thread thinking I'm finally going to see those kickass rims on your bike! Sorry to hear about the bike, that so sounds like my crappy luck...
