Anyone running a late model Wide Glide 180/60/17 rear tire on a Street bob?

Hi Gommee, Yes I am referring to the WG tire because as far as I know it is a 180mm tire on a 4.5" rim?? It has the same aspect ratio as the SE180 tire, so what is the diff aside from the price.
Thanks for the tip regarding the Pirelli. If I use the night dragon on the rear, do I have to run a bias ply tire up front as well? What will happen if I don't?

There are only a few manufacturers of a 180/60 17.
If you start checking into the 180 manufacturers, most 180s are Radial. The SE502 and the Night Dragon are Bias. I have yet to find 100/90 19 in radial. You can mix rear radial and front bias, but I chose not to. I wanted to keep bias front and rear.
Also, the Night Dragon has a different profile as well. The surface extends further around the tire for better cornering.
There is no issue mixing and matching radial and bias on a bike.

Thanks Jaystn62 thats the info I was looking for. At least that Michelin Scorcher is a valid 180mm alternative to the SE180 tire probably at a cheaper price.
