Idea for frame builders

Do you guys know of anybody that makes a reasonably priced chopper frame that has around a 280m or 300mm rear tire that I can take all of my FXDWG components off of and bolt onto the new frame? A direct replacement swap out is what I had in mind. I’d like to use everything off the original bike except maybe the down tubes (if necessary to swap out), wiring harness, rear tire, rim, rear fender, swing arm and kickstand. I think that it would be very cool to have a raked, fat tire, WG chopper with attitude without breaking the bank. Further, it could be returned to stock if desired. Any thoughts? Thanks, BB
