I would move the red dot 1/4 inch lower to decrease the chance of a stress crack going into the corner and I like the grommet idea. They make plastic grommets that dont require such a large hole.

As much trouble have gone to, cannot believe you would leave that looking like that. Might think correct fitting 90 or maybe even a 45 SS L and then your pressure fitting with the wires going into a short length off black stainless sheath and then drilling a tight fit for it in the bar filing the correct angle with a round rat tail smooth file. Can you just plug it and put your pressure switch lower under the triple tree if you have a coupling there by going to a two piece brake line.. Just ideas but that part looks pretty jack leg.

Exactly - maybe a 1/2 inch or so lower...

Lower makes sense, less harsh an angle for the wires to pass thru going into the bars.

Haha don't worry, I was just playing around with it, this isn't the final product by any means.

WOW your bike looked great before..looks awesome now!! Great job on the bike and thanks for posting it all! i love seing this stuff. I just got in touch with Joe the other day im also going with the Gloss Black powdercoat i think it looks great im getting rid of all the black wrinkle... thanks again , cant wait to see it done!

i believe it was the andrews 30t pulley.

also went with a 70t for the rear
