ordered my mirror mount and banjo bolt brake light switch just now.

they'll be in this week and then i can get to wiring up the remainder of the bars.

this week while i have the bars disconnected and nothing in my way i'll get to tearing down my front end.

gonna take it all apart, swap my trees over to the fat bob trees and rebuild my forks, dropping the ricor intiminators in as well.

then i'm gonna drop the rebuilt front end off at my indy so he can machine me some new wheel spacers.

getting close now!

Yes I am. I hate this damn forum.
I don't know right off. I'm trying to remember other members who have done this. I shouldve paid attention.

140 up front and a 200 rear would look pretty cool with the wide glide front end on the bike.

i'd need a custom fender though, the stock one is bursting at the seams with the 120 on there.

got my banjo bolt brake light switch in today and got right to work on extending the wires for it and running them down thru the bars.

i'm not thrilled with the way the wires clumsily double back to snake into the dimples made for internal wiring.

i'm thinking of drilling a small hole in the bars, where the red dot is, so that the wires follow a more natural course into the bars. i think it'll look cleaner and i'll put a rubber grommet inside the hole to keep things stock looking and waterproof.

the electrical tape is there to cover up the end of the banjo bolt. there's a red plastic piece on the end where the leads enter the bolt which looks out of place. i'm gonna cover it with some properly sized heat shrink.

I say while your at it go for it! I would get a grommet to run the wires through. or black silicone them.
