I read somewhere that my 07 dyna rotor wount fit a 2006 sportster mag rim...

If those 13-spoke wheel set is truly from a 2006 sportster, you'll have to bore the front wheel for your 25mm axle/center spacer. The rear wheel is already for 1" bearings so it will work fine as is.
You'll need a bearing shim to use your 25mm ID x 15mm wide bearings in those wheels designed for 21mm wide bearings. New Center spacer sleeve and some custom wheel spacers. You'll also need rotor(s) spacers or caliper spacers to move them inward for that narrower wheel

No, all the 2000-later hub mounted rotors fit fine, but you'll want your '07 11.8" (300mm) rotors.

I have no idea what either looks.. to me it looks like the same rim with a busted bearing cap..
I told him to send some more pictures of the bearing.
Is the older rim not usable? i am going to machine the rim for other berings no matter what
