I was doing a search on wheels, found these beautiful king spoke wheels, $300 a piece no kidding. They fit older model up to 99 though, great comments from Softail forum users. For less than 1/3 price of a Fat daddy, awesome! My question is, can you modify the axle and bearings to make them fit? What are the major difference between the pre99 and newer Dynas?

 

Pre 99 come with wider spacers and timkin bearings for the wheels. I dunno if they can be modified to fit, but if they can I'll bet you are the man to do it. I think they are 40 spokes instead of 50.
