Fitting "Khrome Werks Slash Cut Slip Ons" on 07 Dyna
also note i have searched and read most exhaust threads on here but still unsure,
so question is, when i fit these will i need to have the fuel injection recalibrated or set up ( re tuned ) or what ever at a harley dealer or will it be ok without having anything done?

Only changing these slip ons from stock mufflers not fitting after market aircleaner or anything else.

If I dont get it re tuned will i run the risk of damaging engine.

Many,many here have added slipons with no further modifications including myself. There is no risk of engine damage because your ecm will compensate for this change. Instead of a tuner or the stage one download many of us added the Nightrider xied's which enrichens the mixture and helps the motor run cooler.

The general rule of thumb in my opinion is slip ons only do not require a change. If you add a high flow air cleaner I always recommend some sort of tuner or download. Some say it will compensate which it may well do, but it will run much beter with a decent tune. A good metaphor would be a eating a hamburger without a bun or condiments, or a double cheeseburger with the works. Which would you rather have?
