Default Why does Conv. Oil quiet the top end?

I have posted this in the oil section. It is in regards to me looking for a more economical oil change solution.

Well the RevTech primary oil has quieted down the primary, and the clutch works much, much smoother.
The Pennzoil 20W50 in the engine has removed the tick, tick, tick from the top end.
I left the Amsoil 20W50 in the tranny, but why did these two changes to the primary fluid and engine resolve the noisy primary and top end?

I had been using Amsoil since 500 miles on the bike. I now have 25k. I noticed the noise immediately when I switched to Amsoil, but didn't think anything about it because is after all Amsoil, the greatest oil in the world. My words, not theirs, but the white paper would lead you to believe that.

It's due to the molecule being inconsistent. It will absorb sound better.
Honestly, the best wear numbers I ever got were with pennzoil automotive 20w-50 in a used oil analysis.
I use rotella in my primary too. It's cheap and meets the JASO criteria for wet clutches

It just amazed me at the noticeable difference. I mean it was like 5 ticks, and then it was a quite as all get out. It still sounds like a Harley. There is some sewing machine noise, but damn, who'd of thought?
I put my stock exhaust on, and couldn't hear them because of the engine and primary noise, but now since using primary fluid and conv. oil, I can hear the exhaust, and it doesn't sound have bad. It is quiet, but sounds good.

I ran Amsoil for 2 years and Mobil 1 for 1 year, then went back to conventional oil. Mobil 1 is not as loud as Amsoil but it is still louder than conv.

Have you noticed the bike running any warmer? I didn't and I think that running cooler is a myth started by the sync oil companies.

Not enough to mention. I think the bike is running smother. That I have zero doubt about.
