Can any-one recommend a good place to get a quality 5x8 laydown plate bracket?
Something that is made of good quality materials. I am not looking for cheap junk. Something with good support.

 

Doesn't Harley make one for your bike?

 

HD doesn't make laydown plate for Canadians, isn't it stupid? I hate giant 5x8 plate but compare to England and some Euro countries, it is considered small lol.

128auto - Yes you did, nice plate bracket, but not a company I would put any faith into.

Sent several emails, no response. Finally got a response saying the one I was inquiring about was for a bagger. Sent several more emails with description and pictures snipped from their website and online catalog. Finally got a response saying they no longer make it. They advertise for something they no longer make and are extremely slow at responding. END OF RANT!

 

I love the HOGRIDA plate on my Dyna. My pics are in the ones Joe posted. I've got the denim black street bob. The other day while thinking of trading up to a newer dyna, the HOGRIDA plate would be kept to put on the newer bike if possible.

Pulled the trigger on the HOGRIDA on Friday. Had to special order right from HOGRIDA to match the 5 x 8 plate size. Brian has been great to deal with, great communications and a nice personal touch. He informed me today that it will be shipped tomorrow! WOW, what a turn around time for a custom made item! Can't wait to get it installed!
