Default carb to fuel injected

Hey guys just throwing this out there, I've got an 03 wg. Is there any kits out there to convert carbureted to fuel injection?

I have heard EFI to carb, not sure about carb to EFI. If I were you, I would stick with carb. Easy to rejet, no programming required, the only down side is starting in the cold and riding in higher altitude.

Why would you want to convert you not going to gain anything other than faster start up and go.

Or do some searching and find a newer year bike same model as yours that's been wrecked and see if you can buy all the parts to swap out the electronics, parts, and pipes to put a stock EFI setup on your bike. That's my personal preference because future repairs and or maintenance are pretty much the same as the EFI year. While there are some great aftermarket kits, if the company discontinues the kit or they go out of business your SOL on getting replacement parts.

IMHO Harleys are old school stuff. With EFI there is too much of tech stuff, that doesnt belong to Harley... to me, with EFI, it just would be too sterile... that was one of the many reasons I changed my EFI Nightster to 1995 FXD.

Unless you live at 4500 feet altitude and are going up and down constantly a carb is not a bad way to go. I was told that it can be done but that its more money than its worth and a lot of trouble too... If you pull it off post so we can read about it. BTW I do live at altitude and do go up and down mountains constantly so here fuel injection is the ticket.
