Default 2012 FXDC LED headlight problem

Recently got an LED headlight on my bike and I love it. Here's the problem though: If I have the ignition on(bike off) and flip the high beams on they'll stay on for a few seconds then go off. I can do that repeatedly. If I start the bike, the highs won't even stay on for more than a second. I'd normally say switch or light at this point, but my stock light still works perfectly! Any ideas?

Did you have the dealer install it or did you do it yourself? If YOU did it, check your connections and then check them again, if still nothing, take them to your indy. If installed at the Stealer, have those bastards do it again, you payed them to do it right the first time.

I had a similar problem with mine. The cause was reversed polarity on two pins in one plug. Doesn't matter with stock bulbs but does with LED's.
