Default Plug Wire issues?

Working on the rear cylinder fouling out plugs, front is fine. Replaced plugs and checked them in a bit and starting to foul.

Pulled plug wires and am testing them with a multimeter. But I openly admit I don't know squat about the readings I am getting so here they are. Anyone that can help me understand? any help is immensely appreciated.

7" wire - have to set it to 20k to get a reading and it is 2.83
19" wire - at 20k I get a reading of 6.21

are these good? It is a 2003 FXDL with the 88ci motor. thanks

Does your service manual have any information?

On the right track...

The service manual for your bike will have the proper resistance values for your plug wires. You need to reference those, and replace the wires if they fall out of specification.

So am I figuring this right that 2.81 on on a 20k is actually 2810ohms? And then 6300 for the other? My service manual is ordered, but I think I can find those specs online.

Check the wire connections at the coil and inside the cap for that plug. Can't help with the values, I looked in my shop manual and can't find them, maybe they are in the electric manual (which I don't have).
What I don't get is why you have 19" wire, seems too long.
