Installed Wrinkle Black Rocker Covers

I used Loctite on the threads of every bolt and torqued to the exact specs.
128auto told me to use this "Permatex 82194 Ultra Grey Rigid High-Torque RTV Silicone Gasket Maker" on the washers of the bolts so oil doesnt leak out.
I guess this is a common thing for oil to slowly leak out of the bolts.

I have done the covers 3 weeks ago, torque to spec. One of the 6 bolts leaks from the washer, no matter what I did, still leak. I end up backing of the bolt a few turns and applied sealant. I guess the washer was compressed too much over time and started to leak. Forgot to mention the leaky bolt was the one under the gas tank. Yuck!
Use this sealant, the best!

I have been 2 seasons on my uppers only swap and I did not have to use any sealant and I did not even use a "real" torque wrench (I did use my internal torque wrench) on all the bolts because the tank was in the way. I just snugged them down in the pattern described in the service manual. I did use loctite blue though on the bolt threads.
No leaks!
