Default 2012 Switchback, putting on a lift/jack

Is there an easy way or method of putting a 2012 HD Switchback on a motorcycle lift. Seem like I have to put up the kickstand first, hold the bike, and have someone else help me to put the motorcycle lift under the bike.

Leave the kickstand down while lifting.

Get a J&S or pitbull. One person, no 2x4's, no adapters!! Even when my bike was lowered.

Get a J&S Jack after screwing around with a Sears Yellow Jack for a couple of years. Worth every penny. I saved for a year to get one and I use it all the time. No adapters and incredibly sturdy.

I have a J&S jack that I use on my Switchback. They're expensive but very strong and stable, especially for 1 person, and you don't need any straps.

There's a protruding section on the frame under the bike towards the rear wheel, if you line it up just in front of that, and align the front of the jack so the farthest outer edge of your floorboards land on the outer edge of the jack, it fits perfectly. Even if you're off a little and one floorboard sticks out a bit, it's still good. I never climbed on top like their website shows...

You could probably do the same with other jacks, not sure.
