Default T-bars and a tank lift

Hey guys so i have a 04 SGT with 12 in t-bars on it. I was thinking of adding a 2 in tank lift to it but I can't decide how I'll like it with the t-bars since I don't think I've seen it. Interested to know if anyone else on here has a tank lift and t-bars and could share a few pics? Thanks in advance!

I have 16 inch apes and a 2 inch tank lift. Can't get a pic because I'm at work, but DK Customs is where i'll point you for the kit. Very high quality and nice people all around. The two reasons I removed it is I couldn't fill the tank all the way for 1, and for 2, it didn't look good with the Road glide front end.

I'm running a "T-Bar" (ZombiePerformance Clubbers) type handlebars with a 2" tank lift. I like it, definitely gets the tank off the rockers and adds that look I was looking for.

Make your own it is soooo simple and you can experiment with different heights, I made mine quite low, 1-1/2" I think, too high and they make it look like a virago jap harley copy piece of crap lol

Default tank lift?

I haven't done mine yet (because I'm thinking of trading in and getting a 2013???maybe?soon?) but from what I have read all you have to do is remove the front bolt, loosen the rear tank bolt and stuff a rag (or whatever) under the front to experiment how high you want to go. With the rag in place you can snap pictures and check for clearances all day long before you decide.
However....that's just what I've read.
