As of Dec. 17th when I picked it up. Stock with 2400 miles.

As of today. Street Bob bars, QD windshield, Fuel Moto air cleaner and fuel manager, Vance and Hines slip ons, Mustang vintage, Leather Pro bags, and a whole lot of sweat and time. Sitting up for two years before I got it did it no favors.

Couple of weeks ago on the Natchez Trace, just before I added the bags.

Here's mine!! Still a work in progress, but I think it will always be.

Brushed nickle to chrome, black lowers, Ignition relocate to dash and side mount plate.

First Apes I had, sigs to down tubes and C&C seat.

2nd set of Apes and short shots

Getting rid of chrome by blacking her out, open A/C and lowered!

Black trees, black wilwoods disk and 12" street glide air shocks

Bags and a black derby cover. How she sits now. In a couple weeks I'm going to black out the forwards and sigs! I have a set of spare rocker covers that I need to get powdered once I get spare bike funds.

I know most of us have too much into them to post a pic of every stop, but a few wouldn't hurt. It's cool to see how far they come over time. Here's mine at the dealer before I even decided on the color:

Here it is the day I brought it home (there's still snow on the ground, as it was mid-March):

Here it is after some riser spacers, a new headlight, 3 inch tanklift (which I later switched out for a 2 incher), pegs, and a few other things:

Here she is after new bars, rocker covers and primary cover:

And here's how she sits now, 2 and a half years later, after a WG rear fender, lower rear end, Danny Gray seat, and headlight eyebrow:

Its crazy how much time and money can change our bikes

Day one at dealership

Removed reflectors, redressed wire harness and clutch cable

Air filter, exhaust, tail & signal lights, license mount, Wide Glide wheel & triple clamps

Air filter cover

Air shocks, axle covers, caliper covers, forward controls, pegs, timing cover, hand grips, battery cover, removed harness above key

Tank lift, headlight, front signal mounts

Sliders, oil cooler

Seat, mesh rotors & pulley

This was the day I picked her up (few changes made already)

This is her today, I love spending 3 hours a day on her.

Still a ways to go before I'm done.

I put these up already, but when you can see them in the post instead of some blue links it helps

2003 Wideglide. I got it last fall with 3400 miles. It had SE slipons, intake, back rack, extra mid pegs, fork purse.
I've since got Kuryakyn bad boy bars, and grips, replaced brake line, forward peg reduce reach risers (they suck BTW), HD badlander seat, joker machine rear brake pedal pad, removed back rack and fork compartment, and the silly handlebar tassles.

not much aside from ergonomics mods
thanks

This is a thread that I think needs to be revived, so I'll add.

The day I bought it. Drag bars with 1" risers & Drag Bar, Vance and Hines Slip ons, Arlen Ness Stage II big sucker intake with chrome cover, 180 rear tire.

With 4" pullback risers and headlight and taillight trim and mirrors painted black.

As it sits right now in storage next to my dads Soft Tail. In the middle of installing 14" R6C narrow apes with 1" risers, V&H Big shots, and TONS of powdercoating.

My '02 FXD, when I brought 'er home in Sept-

As of last month-

Nothing fancy, just some basic bolt-ons to set 'er up for me. Air cleaner & slip-ons to let 'er breath, along with Burly 14" narrow apes, C&C Sport Tour & FLD boards for all day comfort.

Putting together a FLST front end & gonna run a 130/90-16 front. Forks'll get RaceTech springs & Gold Valve emulators 'n I'm thinking 12.5" Sway-A-Ways out back. Not sure what I'm doing for a front brake yet. Braided line & Lyndall Gold pads helped, but it's still weak sauce. Haven't decided if I want to spring for the Brembo caliper & 12.6" BrakeTech rotor from Motorcycle Metal, or go the Nissin route ala Fab Kevin.

Suspension & brakes will get sorted over the summer & hoping to get into the motor a bit over the winter. Nothing rad- 95" BB, cleaned up heads & a mild cam will do everything I need.
