Default Will it fit?

I'm looking at an 2005 FXDX with an EFI TC88. I have a 2009 110" pulled from my Street Glide. Will the 110 fit in the '05 Dyna?

Short answer - no.

However, I'm sure it can be made to fit with money and time.

G_A, don't you have a 120R? What kind of mods, if any, were needed to fit it?

Anyway, I think the problem is the bottom cases are different where they bolt to the trans, somebody can correct me if I'm wrong, but the mounting is different for the TC88 (99-05) with the 5-speed vs the TC96 (2007-up) with the different transmission cases.

The exception would be the 2006 Dyna with the TC88 and the 6 speed.

They made two different 120rs by the way, one for older models and one for the 2006-up.

Well that blows my idea. Oh well. I was gonna use the 110 I have sitting in my garage and put a Procharger on in and stuff it into an '05 FXDX. Did they make that model since '05? Guess I hafta look for a newer
Dyna. Thanks for the input.
