+1

I got the same package and I'll see if I can replace the snaps myself. The bags did start to fade a little so I hope this spray helps.

That spray is slippery. Careful getting it on saddle, grips, levers, garage floor, etc.

and thanks Garry!

Did you buy them new from Leatherpros or used? Call Garry, I`m sure he`ll send out some or sell you some.

Just call leatherpros tomorrow. When I ordered my bags I spoke directly with him. He runs a great business with great customer service. Make sure you tell him what bike those came off of and what bike they are going on.

Default Bags for Sportsters now.

It has taken over 2 years, but yes, the bags are a permanent addition to our line, and we just finished the first set of Retro T-Sport bags for Sportsters. (we have also been making them for FXRs for over a year. Softails, you are next.)

This pic from the rear shows how close they are to the fender. The bag on the left is set up with Harley's detachable backrest docking points so you can run both bags and backrest at the same time, but it does push the bag out a little farther than without them, as shown on the right bag.

Keep ridin'

Thanks Garry, good luck with the additional bags!

I have to say that while I bought mine for basic shopping and day trips I recently went on a trip where I packed a fair bit (3 days clothing plus extras, jacket, laptop, etc). Opened up the expansion zipper and couldn't believe how much room I had. lots of space, could have put more in probably.

Thanks for a great product.
